I live in Florida and I am glad they added the ability to remove 55 plus communities. Helps me sort through local listings a lot faster. There are a few features on the web version that are not on the app. I also wish you could search multiple counties at once like you can with some of the competitors.
I wish they would also add additional sorting options to the app. Filtering by price per square feet or lot size to name a few. I also wish they would add a pet friendly feature because there are a lot of HOAs in Florida that restrict the size dog and number of dogs someone can own.
